Common Questions About Air Suspension Systems
What are the symptoms of air suspension failure?
Common signs of issues include:
- The car leans to one side or the entire axle
- Hissing sound of air escaping from the suspension
- Problems with adjusting the vehicle’s height
- Knocking or unusual noises while driving
Is it advisable to buy cheaper Chinese replacements?
We do not recommend it. Cheaper replacements have a shorter lifespan and may lead to further failures. The best choice is original or professionally refurbished parts.
Is refurbishing parts cost-effective?
Yes, in many cases, refurbishment is more economical than purchasing a new component. Professionally refurbished parts:
- Cost less than new ones and perform just as effectively
- Are thoroughly tested to meet factory standards

Refurbishment is an economical and ecological solution that restores the suspension’s functionality for a long time.
Can I drive with a faulty air suspension system?
We do not recommend it! Driving with a malfunctioning air suspension can degrade comfort, safety, and lead to more severe failures.
If you notice that the car starts to lean, the compressor is louder than usual, or the suspension does not respond to changes in driving mode, head to a service center immediately. Every kilometer driven with a fault can make the repair more costly and complicated.
It’s better to act immediately than risk even bigger problems!
